Order Processing Time

Some Kosamo products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and include tracking and insurance.

• Shipping times may vary depending on destination
• Orders shipping to non-mainland U.S. locations (such as Hawaii and Alaska) may require additional handling time

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS Air services.
